Cuba
Bicycle Backbeat

| |
Spin your pedals to the backbeat of Salsa and Son music as you ride through the villages, mountains, beaches and forests of rural Cuba.
Our tour of this beautiful island, largest in the Caribbean, takes in the best possible mix of great biking, UNESCO World Heritage sites and breathtaking scenery. You’ll see the famous limestone karsts or “mogotes” of the Vinales Valley, rolling fields of tobacco crops for Cuba's World famous cigars, the wild terrain of the Escambray Mountains and many beautiful beaches.
This tour has been planned to keep driven transport within Cuba to a minimum, so you spend as much time as possible out enjoying the riding. The trip also benefits from the services of two cycle guides (one local to Cuba, one an international guide from the UK) and full vehicle support for maximum flexibility. This is a place to be experienced as much as it is explored, and that’s just what we aim for with our varied itinerary.
Tour Highlights
- Caves, Karsts and plantations of the Vinales Region
- Snorkelling over the coral reefs of Cayo Levisa
- Montane jungle of the Escambray Mountains
- Historic town of Trinidad
- Music and magic of Havana by day and night
