Overview - If you want to experience the untouched rural beauty of the Spanish mountains, and combine it with pristine trail riding, this is the trip to choose. What sets this region apart is the huge network of Mozarabic trails that cross it in all directions.

These ancient trading routes were carved out of the mountain sides for donkeys, then over the years many became overgrown. Unlike other parts of Spain the Marina Alta is almost totally hidden from tourists, so the trails were only cleared by our team of guides over months and years of regular hard work. The final result – a breathtaking array of great bike rides, easily accessed from our beautiful little guesthouse located in the heart of a traditional Spanish mountain village.

Skills Weeks - These two weeks are aimed at novice and intermediate riders who want to enjoy the superb riding on offer and get some professional tuition at the same time. The rides are run at a slightly less challenging level than the regular weeks and our experienced guides will build coaching sessions in to each day out.
With over 10 years experience at combining travel with training we know how to make sure you get the most out of your time with us. The skills you learn during the rides will have you flying down the singletrack with confidence, control and real style by the end of your week.

Note: We offer two versions of this tour, the full week trip which runs Saturday-Saturday and a
long weekend break which runs Thursday-Monday. We aim to use totally different rides for each trip as many clients like to return after their first Spanish holiday with us.
