Our centre at the 14th Century fortified hall in Brougham near Penrith is on the edge of The Lake District. It’s the perfect setting for your group bike experience. We use cycling creatively to offer a unique range of active days for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Whether you are looking for a single or multi-day package, based out of our centre or another venue in The Lake District or further afield, we have the skills and experience to create the right programme for you.

Bike Skill Challenge
Great for all abilities this team event has you creating and riding on your own mountain bike skills course. You’ll develop your own ideas, get some top class coaching, then compete with each other on the courses you build.
Treasure Trail
Journey through the backroads of the Eden Valley or the mountains of the Lake District to collect clues, complete tasks and visit checkpoints. This is a great day out and can be designed to suit all types of groups with a wide range of abilities and interests.
Guided Journey
A day in the rolling hills, quiet valleys and beautiful mountains with an expert leader is a great experience in itself. We can take you for a wonderful ride, exploring the best trails, stunning landscapes and finding a great spot for lunch too.

With easy rail and motorway access our centre at Brougham Hall is the perfect destination for a weekend escape. We are just over 3 hours from London on the Virgin West Coast train line, and just 5 minutes drive from junction 40 of the M6. If you want to stay overnight we can organise a range of accommodations to suit all tastes and budgets – from Michelin listed guesthouses to country hotels, pubs or the narby spa hotel.
