To request a space on a holiday you can either call us on +44 (0)1768 840400 or complete your details in the form here and submit to us. Once we receive this form we will:
1 Contact you to confirm availability and collect all the booking information we need
2 Take a payment from you by credit or debit card over the phone, or you can pay by cheque
3 Send you an invoice, tour confirmation and pre-travel pack to help you get ready for your trip. If you only paid a deposit rather than the full balance of the tour cost then the invoice will show when the remainder is due
4 Organise flights for you if needed, or advise you on the best flight options if you prefer to book direct with discount carriers such as Easyjet or Ryan Air for our European holidays
Bookings from non-UK residents
All of our holidays can be booked excluding flights and the prices are split up on the website to clearly show this. Note that the tour dates may be slightly different from those shown online, as they do include flight times to and from the UK, but you can either review the itinerary or ask in an email for confirmation of exact arrival and departure dates.
Reservations from outside of the UK are handled in just the same way – complete the form here and we’ll be in touch. Payments can easily be handled by faxed credit card details and all tour information will be sent by email. Due to bank charges we do add a credit card handling fee of £10 per person.
